Shaking Lab grew out of twelve years of tea research — from the tea mountains of China to our own tea lab, testing hundreds of leaves, brews and cooling methods to land on one simple formula: real tea, fresh milk, real fruit.
We brew every tea in-house with our own extraction and cooling process, so each cup keeps its natural fragrance — a rich milk aroma over a clean, premium tea base. Sugar, ice and milk are yours to decide; the tea we don't compromise on.
What began in Stillorgan and Maynooth is now shaking things up on Dawson Street.
